KALEON is the service brand of Ekaterina Lebedeva, an operations professional with more than ten years of experience across administration, team coordination and international processes.
I have managed operations for more than 1,000 contractors across multiple jurisdictions, coordinating purchasing and approvals across business, legal, compliance and finance. I have also led an operations team of 25 and managed annual operating budgets end to end.
I work especially well with digital, EdTech, HR-tech and SaaS companies operating remotely and looking for more control without building a heavy structure.
